DirtSignal

Effective July 12, 2026

Affiliate program terms

The DirtSignal Affiliate Program is operated by Q32 LLC.

Commissions and attribution

  • 40% of eligible revenue during months 1–3, 25% during months 4–12, and 10% during months 13–24 of a referred customer's paid subscription.
  • Referrals may be attributed for 90 days after use of an affiliate tracking link.
  • Eligible revenue is subscription revenue collected after Stripe processing fees, excluding taxes, refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, and reversals.
  • Self-referrals and transactions between accounts controlled by the same person or business do not earn commissions.

Approval and payment

  • Commissions become approved 30 days after the corresponding invoice is paid, provided the payment remains eligible.
  • Approved USD balances of at least $25 are processed monthly through Stripe Connect during the first three calendar days.
  • Balances below $25 carry forward.
  • Stripe handles identity verification, payout information, and delivery to a supported bank account or payout destination.
  • Recipient-side banking, currency-conversion, and payout fees are borne by the affiliate.
  • An eligible balance carries forward while required Stripe identity, tax, or payout setup is incomplete.

Promotion

Affiliates may promote DirtSignal through websites, social media, video, communities, direct outreach, and email. Affiliates remain responsible for applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising disclosures.

Affiliates may not:

  • use deceptive claims or impersonate DirtSignal or a government agency;
  • send aggressive spam, including indiscriminate high-volume messaging or repeated messages after a recipient asks to stop;
  • bid on DirtSignal, dirtsignal.com, or confusingly similar paid-search terms without written permission;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, fake discounts, fabricated reviews, or other attribution manipulation;
  • promote unlawful use or claim that a public record guarantees an owner will sell.

Reversals, suspension, and changes

  • DirtSignal may reverse commissions tied to ineligible payments, fraud, self-referrals, attribution manipulation, or a material violation of these terms.
  • DirtSignal may suspend or close an account for abuse. Legitimately approved commissions remain payable unless connected to the conduct that caused suspension.
  • DirtSignal may change the program prospectively by publishing updated terms. Changes do not reduce commissions already approved under earlier terms.
  • Either party may end participation at any time. Eligible commissions already earned remain subject to the ordinary approval, reversal, and payout rules.
