The certificate documents the DirtSignal public-record research performed. It is not a municipal lien search, estoppel, title opinion, insurance product, or guarantee that no obligation exists outside the reported coverage.

Safe retries
Send a unique Idempotency-Key for each order. Retry a pending request with the same key to reuse the search and avoid another charge.
Explicit portal status
A pending response includes a retry interval. Indexed records remain available when a live portal is unavailable or returns an error.
Coverage before ordering
The coverage endpoint reports indexed availability, research dates, eligible portals, live-search health, and maximum lookback.
